ASDintoJOB Transnational Project Meeting
From 8 to 9 May, the CRES team is in Athens for the 3rd Transnational Meeting of Partners of the European project ASD-INtoJOB – 2023-1-PT02-KA220-YOU-000153676.
This project, coordinated by APPDA Coimbra, brings together several partners with a common goal: to promote the professional inclusion of people on the autism spectrum.
We are working on new tools and approaches to promote inclusion. Over the past semester, we have achieved a major milestone in our mission to empower and support young individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and the youth workers who guide them.

We’ve successfully finalized the pilot testing of the WP3 – Employability and Training Toolkits, created specifically for youth workers working with YIWASD (Young Individuals With ASD). These toolkits are now being prepared for launch in all five languages of our consortium!

The two resources include:
– Employability Toolkit for Young Individuals with ASD
– Training Toolkit for Youth Workers

Both toolkits were piloted in each partner country, with valuable feedback from field specialists and direct input from young individuals on the spectrum.

The Employability Toolkit offers practical, step-by-step guidance, including:
– “I want a job”: What you need to do
– Writing a CV & Cover Letter
– Preparing for Interviews
– Keeping a Job
– Industries where individuals with autism thrive
– Discovering your potential

We’re proud of this collaborative effort and excited to make these tools publicly available.
