ASD-IntoJOB – Inclusive tools to support autistic people in the world of work

 Rome, 18th May 2026

Yesterday, CRES proudly hosted the presentation event of the European project ASD-INtoJOB – Inclusive Tools to Support the Employability Cycle of Autistic People, reaffirming its commitment to fostering a more inclusive and accessible labour market.
The event represented an important opportunity for dialogue and exchange among professionals, organisations, educators, and stakeholders working towards the social and professional inclusion of autistic people.
A key highlight of the meeting was the opportunity for participants to experience firsthand the ASD-INtoJOB App, an innovative digital tool developed within the framework of the project to support autistic young people throughout their employment journey. The app offers practical resources, inclusive methodologies, and tailored support aimed at enhancing employability and facilitating access to the world of work.
The discussion focused on the importance of building inclusive pathways, promoting equal opportunities, and developing concrete tools capable of responding to the real needs of autistic individuals in professional environments.
CRES would like to sincerely thank all participants, partners, and contributors who made this event a valuable moment of collaboration and shared reflection. A special thank you goes to L’emozione non ha voce Onlus – https://www.lemozionenonhavoce.info – for hosting the event and for their warm welcome and support.
Creating a more inclusive future requires collective commitment and projects like ASD-INtoJOB are an important step in that direction.
