stAI – Third Transnational Project Meeting
How can Artificial Intelligence help prevent early school leaving?
That’s the question we’re answering together through the Erasmus+ stAI – Act before it happens! in our recent 3rd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) in Seixal, Portugal.
From May 29–30, 2025, hosted by Escola Secundária Dr. José Afonso, we gathered as a committed consortium of educators, researchers, and technologists to move key innovations forward:
Smart tools for smarter decisions – We’re refining an AI-based predictive system to support schools with real-time data insights, reaching up to 80% accuracy so far. 
Compendium of practices – We’re collecting case studies and decision-support strategies from across Europe to help educators respond proactively. 
New learning ecosystems – Partner schools and organizations are co-creating action plans and community-based workshops to drive real impact.
What’s next? Testing, translating, refining, and sharing. Resources, toolkits, and updates will soon be live.
